One thing I’ve noticed is always that there are plenty of common myths regarding the banking institutions intentions any time talking about property foreclosures. One fairy tale in particular is the fact that the bank needs to have your house. The lending company wants your cash, not your home. They want the funds they lent you having interest. Averting the bank will simply draw the foreclosed conclusion. Thanks for your write-up.
