- Avoid overly promotional language
Structure
- Must have a compelling headline that accurately reflects the content
- Use clear subheadings to organize content
- Should have a brief conclusion that reinforces key points
Language
- Define technical terms when necessary
- Use clear, concise sentences
- Avoid jargon unless explaining it adds value
Technical Requirements
- Submit articles in Microsoft Word (.docx) or Google Docs format
- Include 1-3 high-quality, relevant images with proper attribution or ensure images are royalty-free
- Images should be at least 1200×600 pixels
Links & Citations
- Link to credible, authoritative sources
- Avoid excessive external linking (max 5-7 links)
- Include one link to your professional website or LinkedIn profile
- No affiliate links or promotional links to products/services
